Step project 001 The first phase has enabled the group to design the interpretation of the architectural volume in relation to the specific site which initially could represent an obstacle from the point of view of the optimization of space, they have instead provided the impetus for the creation of design natural forms organic sinuously follow the contours of the land. The building integrates with the environment and even better with the mountains with which it shares the cover on the top floor. Step project 002 Identified the general layout of the building have been referred to in brief guidelines that accompanied the whole process of development of the building, the volumetric study to the final project. Step project 003 Once you have defined the outer casing, you used the same feeling about taking care environmental aspects from the point of view of technology and plant engineering. For the first aspect it is foreseen the use of green roofs which allowed maximum integration in the original context, also were studied with double skin facades to manage solar gains during the seasons, as regards the preparation plant were posed particular attention to the systems of cooling / heating combined with a system of geothermal wells. 100% green The project aims the least possible use of land, for use as the space occupied by old buildings for the park, green spaces that integrate the geometry of the complex Shape The natural slope of the terrain model of the building in his own image and likeness, defining continuous and sinuous shapes from every point of view. Green roof The project outlined in roofs of the buildings long greenways, green, understood as link building to the context, but at the same time natural screen for the full integration of the new complex. Sustainability The use of special technological leads to having a minimal impact on the territory, with positive effects with regard to the energy needs of the building. The use of a double façade allows you to adjust the solar gains during the seasons. A geothermal system uses water of the first aquifer to heat / cool the incoming liquid to the heat pump. |
